Venue Rental

Kiawanda Community Center is Pacific City’s premiere event space.  With functional spaces for events of different sizes, KCC is the perfect location for weddings, receptions, reunions, meetings, art shows, concerts or any other function.

 

KCC is available to tour Monday through Friday between 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. and on weekends by appointment.  For reservation information, to schedule a tour and rental fee information, please contact:

GREAT HALL

This warm,  uncarpeted room is 45’x42’with an additional 10’x22’ ground level smooth cement stage area and a coffee bar.   The Great Hall is 60’x20’  The capacity is 314 guests standing or 144 guests seated at tables.  Round tables (60”), and chairs are included with the rental of this room.

HOBBY ROOM

This uncarpeted area is 24’x21’, has a folding door connecting to the Great Hall. The capacity of this room is limited to 24 seated at tables or 35 seated or standing.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is professionally equipped with a double and a single refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range with oven, two convection ovens, and a microwave oven.  No freezer space or ice machine is available.  There are enough dishes and utensils to serve 100 guests.  Commercial size pots and pans, punch bowls and cups are available upon request along with additional prep utensils.

 

A portable steam table and salad bar are available for use and may be moved to the Great Hall or Hobby Room during an event.

Faye Jensen Hall:

This room is 1150 square feet, with a unisex bathroom.   This room is perfect for a large meeting, or open the folding doors to create one larger room with the Grand Hall.  The capacity is 150 guests standing or 75 guests seated at tables.  Round (60")Tables , and chairs are included with this rental.  Rental of the Grand Hall and Kitchen is available.  With no Grand Hall, Food can be served in South Meeting room by catering only.
